born in 1933 in Germany. She traveled extensively in Europe, South America,
and Asia prior to immigrating to the United States in 1966. Her interest
in lapidary began after settling in San Francisco.
She likes to work with rocks she collects herself. She has gone on many
rock-hunting trips in the Western United States, and also to Canada and

her works are carvings, intarsia, a Tiffany lamp, and facing the fireplace
in her home with jade. She now lives in Healdsburg, California, with her
husband Glenn who encourages her efforts in lapidary art.
